SOUTHWESTERN CHEF DINNER, JANUARY 15, 6 – 10 PM | 25
Award-winning Chef Mike Ellis is planning a feast and will feature a Southwest Dinner, including chicken quesadillas, taco soup, steak fajitas, and finished off with sopaipilla (fried dough) topped with fresh fruit. He will also serve one of our signature margaritas, along with some live entertainment.
